This was my second visit as an adult to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, the first being in July of 2016, the same weekend ‐‐ same day ‐‐ as my 10th McCartney concert. As I write this, pushing on two years since this second visit, my memory is that, like so much of this vacation beforehand, there was a threat of rain looming overhead. I don't think it did rain, though, at least I don't remember such. It was a nice several hours at a very fine zoo, and, of course, there was ice cream involved. And I always so enjoy soaking the little kids' sense of wonder and awe.

I wasn't always able to get many good photos of some of the animals. So when there is only one or only a few pics here, that is likely the case. With some animals I could get no good photos at all, or none that could be used here. But here's the best of what I did get:

A King Cobra. Would have loved to have been able to snap a photo or two while it was upright with its neck-flap spread. But then, that would have meant it was in threat mode and someone or something would be in a precarious position.		Keeping my grand tradition of the vacation ice cream.
Green Tree Monitor		This zoo staffer is holding a lizard I did not catch the name of. I think it may be another species of Monitor Lizard, but I am not sure.

There seem to be several species of fish here and I know not what any of them are. Part of me wants to say there are piranhas in the mix, but.....
